How does it work?

Liquid penetrant testing involves applying a penetrant to the surface, allowing it to seep into discontinuities. After excess penetrant is removed and the part is dried, a developer is applied. The developer absorbs penetrant trapped in discontinuities and enhances visibility. Penetrants come in two types: fluorescent, which fluoresce under UV-A light, and visible/color contrast, which are visible under white light.

  • Expertise: Our technicians are highly skilled in LPI techniques, ensuring thorough inspections and accurate flaw detection.
  • Precision: We utilize both fluorescent and visible penetrants to cater to diverse inspection needs, providing reliable results in any lighting condition.
  • Efficiency: Our streamlined processes and strict adherence to procedure ensure efficient inspections with minimal downtime for your operations.
  • Customization: We tailor our LPI services to meet your specific requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and meticulous evaluations for your materials.
